@cordobes: I don't know what to think about your problem report. I mean, It's hard to determine whether it's a ROM problem or specific app problem. On my device, since SGM 4 (maybe even on 3.x, I don't remember), I'm having su and market problems which are not related to Apps2ROM. I mean if I make a clean install then try to make a full backup with Titanium Backup, It will get stuck at some point because su stop responding to queries (This also gives me big head-ache while developing ). I also noticed some apps displaying an Application Not Responding (ANR) dialog. Android does that if the app doen't reply to an input after an amount of time (which depends on the event, can be few seconds or more). On my device, I noticed with ADB that in those case, I was running out of memory (RAM) and android was freeing it (consuming time) causing the current app not responding.
So I really can't figure out if I can change something to fix the issue (if it really is one). I mean, some apps will never work from /system/app (like swype), other apps only work in /system/app and does not want to be moved to /data/app (experimental feature I'm working on).

@Baenajose: Haven't tried it as I'm still in 2.2 but XiON reported that it was working for him.
