Not true.
They messed it on appbrain. It's not "wifi calls only in US", but "In the US, you can make calls only over WiFi." (different meaning!).

I did, they recieved link in sms to skype.com/m- where I was redirected to market, that said "nothing was found"

what do u meen by that? its just skype, neither more nor less... chat is working fine, will test wifi calls later this day
