looks like XEIL6 not exist in web, only XEIL5

I have been trying to flash my phone from 2 days but it is not working, it get stuck at setup connection every time.
I did try it at my win 7 64bit pc and my xp laptop and it is the same problem, I can see that the drivers are ok too with both.
What do you think is the problem ?
