Advice on a new tablet

i am planning to get an android tablet within this month..
i have seen THIS tablet and thinking of getting it. It has (or at least it says so) :

7 " screen (800x480)
4Gb Flash storage
512MB RAM
Adobe Flash 10 support
800MHz Processor (like spica, yes)
200MHz DSP n 300MHz GPU

plz clarify wt is DSP,anyone.. n whether i shall go for it or not... tx y'all...

It has cortex a9...
If I were you I wouldnt buy it. I dont like this cheap tablets, nobody knows how software works there. Have you seen some videos of this in action?

I have seen some screenshots but no vids. And my budget. Is limited so can't buy the galaxy tab

Just search android tablet on ebay.in there are various good units present some are even with 1ghz arm 7 processor

If you can afford it, I would go for a used Galaxy Tab, most of these budget tablets have around 800x600 resolution, which makes them more like big phones IMO.
