I used to be a gym rat myself, about 11 years ago..played varsity basketball and track, 800m / 1200m / 1600m..but now, due to the thing called Day Job, I couldn't even run about 50m without having the nausea associated with oxygen debt..I used to lift 100++ lbs benches, nowadays, the heaviest lifting I do now is either a glass full of beer or a glass with some spirits and ice cubes!

I just couldn't find the time to go to the gym anymore, and it's nice to know there are members who are health-conscious..also, by posting this thread, you have reminded me to go back to my good old habits, and so I thank you!

same here..there is actually a park just across the street from work, where a lot of people make their mornings or afternoon runs..also, there is a GYM about a block away, been thinking about running on the park and going to the gym after, but most of the time I leave the office about 8:00PM, which is pretty late..I have been thinking about going to that gym, even for just walk-in sessions, but still, I haven't..
