Brown Burnt patch

For some reason, after installing SGM-Beta2-Next Generation Mod latest with HorsePower Kernel, I see a brown patch on the bottom of the screen. To be clear, it looks like a small burnt patch. Has someone got this? Or recovered from this?

in the recovery mode or normally?? i see one in the recovery but dont find it normally,, so doesnt really bother me....

Normally. It looks like the screen is burnt there.
