    Default Samsung Galaxy S2 or wait for Nexus Prime

    I'm getting an SGS2 on Sunday but I'm not sure if it is better to wait for the Nexus Prime. It still hasn't been announced and it could take months for it to come to Ireland. Should I just buy the S2 or wait for ICS?

    I guess ICS will come over CyanogenMod although its always nice to have official Google support. Has Samsung made any promise about ICS for S2?

    As for my android development I have just been waiting for tom3q and I am buying the S2 so I can test more with my Spica
    Code:
    for (n00b n : mSamdroid) {
        if (!n.findAnswer()) {
            n.useSearch();
        }
    }

    There's no doubt SGS2 will have official ICS in the future. For a long time that phone will be one of the best around.. if you have an opportunity go for it.. if you don't, wait for nexus prime

    Go for sgs2, sgs2 still on top of the smartphone race. I know you won't be disappointed cuz you're a developer.
    cyanogenmod 8.4, yonipkernel v.final, working 3g stable and smooth, all2ext2, 3d intercept

    more power to the remaining developers for our spica

    Isnt the price close to the S2? If it is, just consider to take the S2. On all the tests between the optimus3d and the S2, the best vote overall is assigned to the S2. Also the xda Community for the S2 is very huge and helpfull, not talking about a lot of roms to choose.
