Tech Factories in 2012 (Apple joke)

As you probably know Apple sue everyone, everywhere. They live for this, everything that they create, Mac, iPhone is made using technology of other companies by acquiring patents. So they can say they clients that they create something innovating...
They even thing that "App store" name belong to them...
And they probably in future sue every human that use "Apple" word without they permission, so you probably say goodbye to your favorite fruit in market...

So I'm thinking how factories would looks like in the future?
