Why i shouldn't buy arc and wait for sgs2?
Because its "top phone" and it have dual core cpu? Because everyone want sgs2?
Not everyone need "top"phone or power of dual core cpu. I can assure you that handset like arc will be very good even after 2 years of usage. And if you afraid that in future(3-4years) to run a app you need dual core phone, you should wake up, if you think like that today non touch screen phones wouldn't be sell!

If everyone think like that they would buy only laptops from alienware... lastes tech is not everything and when I look at posts like this it remind me iPhone fans: buy iPhone because its apple, its only chose! But here we have: buy sgs2 it have lastes tech, its only chose for next phone!

Im not gonna play super hd games or watch full hd videos. Because this hd games are only casual and boring 5min games. And full hd movies are to big so I still gonna resize them to phone format!

This is only because of your taste. You don't want the advantages, don't go for it. In India ARC costs 26000 and sgs2 30000. You would know when you use sgs2, you will not want to go back. Because you only know what is fast, but sgs2 is faster. Also it has the best camera on an Android.

About iPhone, a fool would invest such a huge amount on a phone when he can get himself a iPod touch for three times less the price. But here in case of sgs2, it is just a tad more expensive. Actually your your post reminds me of iPhone fan who is stubborn for getting the ARC. "I don't care if I can get a better device, I just want the ARC no matter what"... Like Fanboys do.

If you were buying a Samsung galxay 3, galaxy ace or Desire Z, then your point can be considered. But when you are going to spend so much, you should get the best device available in the Market.

I think SGS II will survive in the long run. I never liked sony ericsson models. But yes everyone has a personal favourite and i think i can understand Akinaro... Its not always specs and value for money.. there is something more....

like me! i only need and want nexus 1..but im not due for a new phone yet. and when i do, probably in 6 month's time, i might get it dirt-cheap!

Arc is best for my needs and before your dual core, quad core cpu(2-3 years) start real mess in market im going to buy new phone, so I dont see why I should buy phone that I don't want only because, like you say, its good investment(tech isnt good for investment, trust me :P )

the phone seems awesome but will samsuck show the same support like spica???
the specs look very good but what other phones are available now or in the near future???
