Android 2.2 Froyo

After I see my Spica information, 2.1 Update1, that´s make me think, that we are just waiting until the 2.2. And that could be the last update from Samsung.. 2.1 have some bugs, that Smasung have to fixed with a update2 or the 2.2. With 800Mhz processor, my Spica have to be fast...

i agree, i have seen on some samsung website(FTP) something called spica-update2 file, which was almost 2 gigs n was unsure about what it was, afaik update2 never realesed yet so may be it could be the froyo..

i dunno about froyo maby the spica has 800mhz but it isnt the best 800mhz processor and the spica hasnt that much ram memory so i doubt that it will run 2.2 and samsung is too lazy and bussy with other things and i dont think they will release an update for the spica we were lucky with the 2.1 but i think it is not the final 2.1 version.

next week froyo will be released (19.05. in san francisco).
i understand that everyone here will have it but are here active devs in this forum who plan to work on 2.2 for spica?

i dont think they can make it for spica because we had to wait for 2.1 from samsung and we didnt port it from another android phone...so idk
