Battery and warm problem

hello my spica battery finished 6-7 hours after full charge for 4-5 days. and always phone is warm. ı think cpu is working all and phone is slow.
ı flashed with odin I570EXXJH7-BaseBand.JD1.europe
and then flashed i5700_LK2-08_PDA and then sgm+x5.9+B5-R5.1 installed spicagen mod. but nothing change. only one day ı change spicagenmod properties performance settings-cpu settings and avaible governors change conservative to userspace and warm is finished and battery is not finshed fastly, but when ı reboot my spica everything is bad again.
ıt is overlock? but what can ı do this problem

Give us exact temperature of phone. It is normal that you feel that it is warm.

ı charged 2 times a day for a eek. ı install app to learn heat and cpu properties and answer again

my battery temp shown maksimum36-37 C. but ı cant learn cpu temp. but ı install System tuner apk and it shown cpu usage always up to %90 and working 800 mhz always and nothing working for me, only system and system tuner program open.
ı charged my battery full 1,5 hours ago and now my bettery show 68%.
cpu usage statistic /system/bin/efsd cpu72% and rss 296K shown at the cpu usage apk
and an another program(android system apk) shown cpu usage; 1-cpu:cpu% #of threads: #THR uid:uid ğcy background 2- pid:4202 com.shlee.pi cpu:12897799% #of threads:11 uid:app_59 pcy foreground 3- pid 3086 system/bin/efsd cpu 75% #of threads::3 uid root pcy:fpreground

Hmm the efsd process. Is there something wrong with your IMEI? Because the efsd may be hogging up CPU trying to scan your IMEI.

ı found the problem. it is efsd. used cpu always and if ı kill this proces ı used normally.
but what can ı do use without close the efsd.
is there anyway to solve this?

my imei number is true. but ı always stop efsd proces after opening. because use cpu %100 and finished battery early

ı read this forum to rename efsd file. ı tried but i couldnt. today ı used es file explorer and settng getting root and renamed system files then used root explorer to change efsd name to efsd123456. now ı opened my spica and efsd is not working at the begining and not used cpu 100%. ı cant see with a task manager new efsd. ı hope rename doesn't make a new problem.
my imei number is ok and making call and no problem.
