with multi servers set for the country i am in now works for me a little better, just had problems with the connection to internet refusing download of xtra.bin but now is good, that is changeable and i'l test i think the old gps.conf now works the same with that app used, and people can use startup script 50gpsfix and sets theyr country automatically. Now i have moved the gps to a separate thread.
