How to update to I570EXXJH6?

Hey!

I already found, that i can update my spica firmware to I570EXXJH6. I already try it with Kies, but the program doesn´t detect my phone... I already tryit with NPC 1.3, 1.4, 1.5 and nothing.

With NPS 1.3-1.4, it detect my phone, download the update, and then go to installation modus, my phone show me the samsung logo and that´s all, then the NPS show an error alert, that i have to repeat all the process again...
With 1.5, it show me the update, but when i want to update it say, first that it can´t connect whit the phone, and second that i don´t have the battery full charged(it´s full)...

I try and try a lot of times and nothing, with XP, Vista, 7.

There´s another way to update the phone? like with odin? I already have the file I570EXXJH6.tar... Can anyone tell me how to do it, wihtout root my phone?
