Improved 3G/Edge Speeds

My speed hasn't increased earlier 1.23mbps now 1.22mbps ping is 999m/s

Is there another way than trial and error to figure out what settings to set?

There doesn't seems to be any change in 3G and EDGE speed for me. Its same as it was. It didn't work out for me. I use Reliance 3G ova here in mumbai.

No changes or improvements for me on TATA DOCOMO both 3g and edge.....

Btw How's Docomo's speed compared to Airtel. I was thinking of switching to Docomo.

As I said earlier, you have to change the values according to your carrier's support.

Change like,
ro.ril.gprsclass=10 or 32

Change the hsxpa categories etc according to your networks.

And how will we come to know which values does out operator supports & which value should we put? Suggest me the values. I am using Reliance 3G.

Here at Bangalore Docomo Sucks Airtel is way far Better am using Airtel 3G . I get around 120 KBps speed at an average

Well, You got 3 options.
1. Google
2. Look it up on official website.
3. Trial & Error.
