    i've tried this one first after i came home from the ofice, and after i applied it via recovery, i only got edge on mobile data connection, kinda wierd, so i have the feeling that is was not on carrier, because i never got edge signal, normally 3g or hsdpa, so i made the undo, then just edit the build.prop, the nreboot, and i got 3g hspda again, kinda weird, but for 3g connection i guess t'was double on speed, so this one works perfect,
    anyway the build.prop on attached on this thread makes yt.hd not to work, so just edit the line from true to false.

    Hi Kereltje, If you search on Google for build.prop and the first properties there will be some results for TMO (T-Mobile), though I am not 100 percent sure for NL as well.
    If you can find some for KPN let me know ;-)
    For me the mod in this form gives me 350kpbs down and 100 up. It seems to depend on APN or location as well.
    Did not test it very well, because i forgot to take a status quo measurement, sorry

    This is what I get now. I hardly used to touch the 400 mark these days.

    on the ROGERS network in canada

    3G (down/up): 1300kbps/340kbps --> 2300kbps/310kbps
    2G : no change... need to try different values

    the big question is, does the extra speed mean more energy usage?

    yeah... so i've tested a bunch of different values for gprs class and nothing seems to improve my 2G speed
    it's stuck at 150kbps right now. is there another value that affects 2G speed?
