Question Problem with Gmail app & BT connection

The two problems are related because i simply cannot normally send files from Spica to PC with any of the two methods. Is there any other app/method to send files from phone to PC?

Google Mail app works normally on 3G but not via WiFi. When i click Refresh inside Inbox or any other folder i get "Loading Conversations" and then "No connection" with "Retry" button. What could be problem here?

Bluetooth works fine when sending files from PC to Spica, but not vice versa. Under Settings BT devices it's: "Paired but not connected". Sometimes first file is sent but i always get Sending failed error.

Someone had same problems and solved it somehow? I need to solve at least one of the two problems to send files to PC. I noticed some people have similar problem with Spica but no solutions...

    (Spica: 2.1 I570EXXJCE, OS: Win7 64bit.)

can you tell me what you use to send files from spica to PC? is it the Bluetooth File Transfer? the Astro bluetooth manager? because they dont work on my spica as well. for sending image files i use the gallery/3D gallery, for music i use the music player, for video i use the video player, for other files i can rename them to either image/music file extension then send them via bluetooth.

now for the gmail error over wifi...it works fine on mine could be DNS problem, can you browse normally using wifi?

Thank you. When i try to transfer music over BT with Music player or pictures with Gallery app i get:
    - on Windows: BT file transfer not completed. Windows was unable to transfer some files. The transfer was canceled by BT device or BT enabled computer.
    - on Spica: Notification: BT share: file not sent. Failure reason: The remote BT device disconnected.

It rarely works for one file and never for many files.

WiFi works normally, i can browse, i can even use mobile gmail in browser, but it is not good because you can't attach files. That's why i need Google Mail app, but it is not functioning - like i describe in first post.

Hello again, i have tested the bluetooth on my mac os and my win7 os and both works just fine but.....

on mac the file sending went smoothly and automatic even with multiple file

On win7 the file transfer process doesnt go as smooth as on mac, for every file transfer requires you to pair with win7 and same thing with multiple file, you have to allow spica to pair with win7 for each and every file and if one failed the rest failed as well. So the problem is with how win7 accept bluetooth connection.

    I hope this help :-)

i've tried and tried and tried to make connection with win7 and still doesnt work as good as the osx, so i suggest you bring the data cable all the time or carry a card reader
