Question SamdroidMod Kitchen v.2 and Arabic SamdroidMod

    Hi,
I know I can post this as a comment in the Kitchen 2 thread but actually LeshaK may can't see it because there are a lot of comment and it's hard to read them all.

Is there going to be a SamdroidMod with Arabic language available in the v2 of the kitchen?

    Thnx in advance
    Regards.

Edit: this is a way that you can Install a deodoxed mod then enable Arabic for here. Check the post from Sp.X here: SamdroidMod Kitchen v.2 and Arabic SamdroidMod

Edit 20100911: @LeshaK released a deodoxed arabic firmware and everything works fine with it, Have fun.

Actually i'm not expert in that, my baseband i570EJXJC2 which is original firmware is supporting Arabic BUT ins Home - I see that I5700JPJD5 is the latest for Africa / Arabic firmwares!

Is the Baseband code (i570EJXJC2) is the name of the firmware like (I5700JPJD5) ?

---------- Post added at 05:55 PM ---------- Previous post was at 05:06 PM ----------

I now start to understand the firmware number is the build number right? I was having this value (ECLAIR.JPJD5) before I root my phone to LK2.08 so as far as I think you u r right the firmware is I5700JPJD5
    I5700 JPJD5:
    - I5700 is the model name
    - JPJD5 is the build number

    Am I right?
If so what is the baseband version?

Use Leshak mod to deodexe your firmware (it will format system) or do it manually (normally won't work), use root explorer to browse system/app, you can find odex file together with app.
