Hi, I am able to successfully connect using the built-in application "Wireless Tether for Root Users".
Things to check:
* Check if you have enabled the 3G/EDGE/GPRS data connectivity (I am using an app called Quick Settings, to enable/disable that)
* Turn off wireless (may not be needed, not sure)
* Click on "Press to start tethering" and when it asks for root access, select "Always"
The above steps worked fine for me![]()
i got same problem
i have renamed /system/etc/install-recovery.sh, but still fail.

for temporary loading Spica, flash original kernel from D1 http://files.samdroid.net/files/2for..._zImage_PDA.7z
I think that is not so ...
