Take out battery and reflash again.
I got the same problem when I was trying to flash my spica for the second time yesterday.
I checked the "debug only" -- stuck
I checked the "debug only" and "PDA Format" -- still stuck
Then I tried to leave both unchecked, I don't know why, but it worked for me.
(note: I used ODIN 4.03 and the new ops file)

Same problem after "ROM MANAGER" brick my ACE. Anyone who has solved?
The problem the TS stated is different from the one that arenchen and icampos123 stated.
For TS, he needs to open task manager on windows, under processes tab, close NPS and Kies.
For the other two people, your phone is bricked. No choice but to send to service centre. And icampos123, if Rom Manager doesn't support your phone, DO NOT TRY IT.
