superuser 3.0-beta 2 + elite problems

so i've recently updated from 2.6 to 3.0beta2, after all the problems i had updating it, (removing system app and re-installing w/o root access), i seem to have come across more problems, the Binary Updated refuses to update to 3.0beta2's binaries, removing the 'remember' function, so i have no access, obviously, for apps like Titanium Backup, which requests 12 permissions, this crashes my device, so if theres a solution out there, help me out.

You can't use default update zip, it's incompatible with Spica.
Download "SU update for Lk2.xx" and replace files inside- superuser.apk and su binary.
After installation go to Apps Management and wipe Superuser data otherwise su won't work properly

i don't use LK2 kernel. i use YONIPs. still work?

Spica's system structure is not compatible with "official" Superuser 3 update package- you have to replace files inside of "SU update for Lk2.xx" (search forums). This is not kernel dependent

Could you please link SU update for Lk2.xx. I can't fint it.
Is there any other way to update su binary to 3.0?
