You have to go back to stock 2.1 and then set right clock parameters with GMT settings, only this way we can modify rtc clock in spica's modem.
After that you can flash any higher version of android and enjoy. (after flashing higher android version again you have to change manually GMT to your setting because it's remembered by system, then reboot)

Give me some likes if it works (worked for me, got 1h delay).

i think you're talking about a different problem...

i've also had problems with time/date resetting to some random time, in 2005... if not using automatic network time, date goes back to 2005 for some reason... no problems if using network time.

it just fixes itself after a while.. i can't explain it...
it usually happens to me after phone doesn't shutdown/reboot gracefully (like, dropped phone, battery fall out, or some kind of crash...) no need to reflash firmware or anything... worst case if it really bothers you and doesn't fix itself, do a factory reset...

Propably your modem had reset somehow, maybe you left spica for a long time without battery inside. So modem clock and date has been wiped like in nokia phones. Try to ser right values on stock 2.1 and then flash sth else (froyo etc.)
It should be ok if hardware is ok

It didn't fix itself with me. Well. I must say. Sometimes it does. When I change performance settings in CM. I 've also notice that it takes time before the date/clock is set on the current time. At least 4 mins. Bootup is very slow, 2min54secs on CM 6.11 spica 8.3alpha. Factoryreset didn't work for me. Neither use aut. settings. So I set it by hand which is quote annoying when forgetting it.So for now I also will start using auto network time/date.
