Updating Launcherpro (Samdroidmod Kitchen)

I installed ADW to be able to uninstall LauncherPro but I can't see it in the application list... any help?

you mean you installed ADW and then you want to uninstall Launcher pro that's correct
but can't see launcher pro it's correct in app list
to see this use root explorer go to system/app

I use ES file manager to bush LP in system/app and remove the one from the kitchen with no problem . but if i do factory reset i have a LP force close.
Until i reinstall the samdroi kitchen again.
Any advice.

updating launcher pro from market works fine. But you cant just put the apk to your sd card and install it from there.

I used adb shell to replace LauncherPro.apk on /system/app. First, remount rw. Then, I rename com.fede.launcher.apk to LauncherPro.apk. After that, I delete LauncherPro.apk on /system/app and replace it with renamed com.fede.launcher.apk (LauncherPro.apk). Reboot and it's done.

for those who want to install from .apk file.

1. Install a 2nd Launcher 1st.
2. Open Root explorer and delete the Launcher pro app from system
3. Go to Market and install Latest Launcher Pro
4. Now go to Applications > Manage and Uninstall the Launcher Pro. (Or you can do so from the Market Download section too)
5. Execute the particular launcherpro apk that you prefer and install
