I found the best way - I bought a tp-link tl-wn321g usb wifi adapter for about 10eu and it has soft AP, runs perfect on XP, for 7 don't know. You can use it with laptops or desktop pc's, just install the soft, start the soft AP, restrict by MAC address and start surfing. It's small and you can carry it in your pocket for anycase.

i think, this issue (to surf internet from spica throught internet connection on PC) is very big step improvement.
Especially if can with USB cable, or at least with win XP, that more common then vista/ 7
i know, the router+Access point now is already so cheap, but how about ppl want surf with their spica, where the 3G network is not available.
I really waiting for this issue happen in reality
