Why XDA guys are not Great as SAMDROID

No Roms give proper description of what is working and what is not.
Trying to buy a phone which has stable ICS custom ROM, but cant find any, cause there isnt any descriptions.
As we see here at SAMDROID ROMs

Guys can anyone help,
To let me know that either of these models have stable ICS mods

my friend is using ICS on i9000 and is very happy about it. Everything is working excellent and the battery life is better than on the GB ROM he upgraded from
