I guess you can head over to cyanogenmod forums for a tutorial and give him a taste of CM on the Nexus one , cyanogen just released CM 6.1 for the N1.

fastboot oem unlock
fastboot flash recovery /path/to/clockworkmod/recovery.img
- Reboot to recovery
- Install zip from SD card - CyanogenMod 6.1.1

i've read many forum but still dont get it, because there so many rom and mod..but still i cant follow the how to LOL
do you mind make a tutor please, simple one if u can....firstly i dont know anything bout ADB yet..to be honest spica is more easly todo because in here anything is clearly step by step how to
hope this N1 section can be expand in this forum
btw his N1 is so greedy for battery use...it only last for 5-6 hours is it normal? or the battery is damaged

I think it copies the contents of the selected folders to the sd ext2 partition . It doesn't removes the copied files from the phone , because in the case of the sd failure or the sd removal the phone will be able to bootup. The removal process removes all files and directories that needed to app2sd operate commonly, but leaves the ext2 untouched.
