Are you sure that they are working somewhere else besides the Samsung phones?

NOTE: All above codes have been checked on
Google Android phone Samsung Galaxy I7500
only but they should also work in other Google
    Android phones.

That's what is claimed on the source site.

this does not work for me

    *#*#1472365#*#* - GPS test

I would try the navigation mod here Maps Navigation Bug / Missing Value for GPS Accuracy but it needs that to work

this codes work on samsung phones i7500, i5700, i9000 (may be not all codes on all phones)
    but N1, G1 dosn't support this codes

this codes inside Phone.apk, if you deodex it, you can find all codes, but if you use XDA Phone.apk, you can't use

    *#*#1472365#*#* - GPS test

this code works in cupcake firmware, and can be used to change GPS settings. The code must exist inside Phone.apk, but the classes it tries to call dont exist. Are they removed from even Official 2.1 firmwares?

    Thanks for these surajkala!

Trying to find out what can be done with *#*#1575#*#* to fix my phone's GPS problems.

    [EDIT]

Well I may be mistaken but I have the feeling that changing the UL/CP setting to UL made an improvement in lock time using GPS Test.

It would be interesting to see what other people's findings are...

Also changed this setting, and it does indeed seem to increase the sensitivity. Ive actually been able to get a lock now, took about 10 mins tho. Something really isnt right. Can someone test official 2.1?
