Read this "Protected" app Market fix tutorial - build.prop - Android Forums
And to make it simple for you, you will need to modify the build.prop file that is found in the system folder inside any SamdroidMod you download
When u open that build.prop (using a notepad or so) edit the 30th line where it says:
ro.build.fingerprint=Samsung/GT-I5700/GT-I5700/GT-I5700:2.1-update1/ECLAIR/JPJD5:user/ota-rel-keys,release-keys or so and change it to here:
ro.build.fingerprint=verizon/voles/sholes/sholes:2.1-update1/ESE81/29593:user/release-keys
then flash the SamdroidMod with the new modified build.prop to your phone and hopefully your problem will be solved....
If you dont want to flash you can modify the current build.prop that is on your phone but you will need to use adb for that ((which i dont know how to)) and you will need to follow the steps in the link above and i hope that helps =)
