Try the debug options in odin, enable them all except the "format efs partition!" maybe it will help.

Lol, I did an EFS backup restore, and now the phone works, but the IMEI is lost (bunch of zeros). But I can call, and connect to the provider. Whats disadvantage of the bad/lost IMEI?

Edit: I restored my IMEI using adb + a previous efs backup. I don't know why the backup restore doesn't worked in recovery. But I fixed it. Thx everybody who tried to help me!
