Hi! I created this thread for people to ask for porting apps or ROMs or some develoent and so on...
So here are my questions:

Is there any option to boot android only from the sd? I mean not as dualboot. I mean with nothing on the internal space.

Can anyone port the famous Htc Rosie Launcher or the one from the x10 mini?

Running Android from SD would be slooooooow as hell I think.

Not necessarily, on htc HD2 comes very quickly. Depends on class of the SDcard and the ROM.

But it would kill your SD I think then, because most SDs are made for 1 million cycles, and using the sd for system is using a lot of cycles. Maybe wrong.

Flash chips (internal memory) also have limited write operations count sometimes lower than SD. But it's easier to replace SD than to replace built-in chip
