Release of SIM Toolkit for OMG Rom (or any other)

Well some of you may have noticed that OMG Rom (and maybe others) is missing the SIM Toolkit app, making it impossible to access the SIM Card features. A kind member of a brazillian forum (portalandroid.org) named roxkiller extracted it from another rom.

It's simple to install, there are two options:

Single APK file for regular app install

Update.zip made by me (WoNHommer) for recovery install

Both are virtually the same file, but the update.zip installs the app as a system app instead of a regular app.

If some one could move it to the right section... I'm not sure if here's the right place!
