Well i just delete it(and few other useless app) using recovery file manager. Everything works good. And best think is that from 50-59 mb ram now i have 66mb and system is much faster(no typical lag after start).

Yes, but you need to understand that disabling is not the same as deleting. If an app requires it and it's disabled, it could forcefully relaunch it. If it's missing because you removed it, then you could encounter Force Closes. If everything is working fine now, that's good, but if you start having issues down the road with future Google Apps (like Google+ or any other updates), then you should keep in mind that it might be crashing due to missing Google Maps.
I did few tests. Everything works good. No problems with any other google program or locations.
And before i update my apps im gonna have new rome installed ;P
