What should I do if my flashing progress doesn't continue? It's been on "Setup Connection..." for an hour and a half and I cant disconnect it. What should I do to not screw up the phone?

When flashing make sure kies is closed...or close the kies/NPS process from task manager ..then u wont get stuck at setup connection...and ofcourse its ok to disconnect the phone when u get this error..make sure u dont disconnect when actual flashing begins

Take out your battery and disconnect usb cable, until the connection is successfull.
Also, make sure Kies isn't active, close it from the system tray.

And in some causes is needed to uncheck box reset time in odin's window

Weird indeed..the mods in my signature made my Spica faster that when I was with Samdroid Turbo v10, and along with it increased Linpacks, Quadrants..

I have the V10 Kernel with Soundfix and after some time with it working nicely, my Market started force closing out of the blue (meaning without any prior change on my side, maybe a Market update?)

I asked 3-4 times in the Helpdesk with ~a week of time in between but got no answer at all.

I tried installing the newer Market (with the "Update All" Function), didn't help.
I tried cooking a light package with just google apps, didn't help.

Please tell me any way how to fix my market.

Did you try wiping market's cache? from settings - applications - manage applications..
If that doesn't help (and the things you've already tried) I don't really know..

the cache was empty, but there was a button which let me uninstall a market update and this solved my problem
I had totally forgotten about that option

I would need a FE 9b1 library only zip to get back to FE after trying new graphic mix drivers in case it does not work properly.
I can't find it such a zip so I'd like to build it myself. Are this steps correct :
1. get the FE 9.b1 update zip (with classic turbo kernel)
2. remove /xbin/kernel.bin from it
3. remove /install_kernel.sh from it
4. edit /META-INF/com/google/android/update-script : remove install_kernel.sh call
5. and then I'm stuck : I assume that it is necessary to modify /META-INF/CERT.SF and /META-INF/MANIFEST.SF to modify sha1 digest for modified files
- install-kernel.sh : ok simply remove the reference
- but update-script : how do I generate the new digest ? I need the key used by antibyte, but where to find it ?

So am I right with this modification process ? And if yes, how to sign ?
