I'm getting a few reports with the Lk2.09.1 kernel aside from my own. Any others here?

Hi, I want to confirm the bug of finger touching ID. Using MultiTouch Visualizer2, when press with 1 finger it will register as First press (ID=1) and then press with second finger, ID=2. Releasing and retouching the second finger will not effect the ID assignments. Now release the first finger but keep pressing with second finger, the ID of second finger press will switch to 1. Touch with first finger again, the ID assigned to first finger will be 2. Press and release first finger will not effect ID assignment also. Now again, when releasing the second finger, ID will give to first finger as 1 as expected. However this time, when touch with the second finger again, the ID=1 of first finger switch to 2 and the ID of second finger will be 1. Releasing and pressing with the second finger will always switch the ID assignment.

Sorry, I don't know to how to explain clearer with shorter description. I bug can alway be reproduced

That is more or less this one:
Overlapping tabs (finger1 contact, finger2 contact, finger1 release) result in a swipe confirmed

Ever since I started using lk 2.09.1 my battery life has decreased a lot. Earlier it was much better on stock jc5 fw. If others experience same thing then it might be multitouch driver problem else something else.
