you simply just have to exchange folder : "anim" in your framework-res.apk with this ones ...

that folder contains the animations

then apply your new modified theme again

no i will explain:

first get the framework-res.apk file from your rom you use.
then open it in winrar.
open the folder ''res'' there is a folder called ''anim'' replace that folder with the animation you want. close winrar.
then place the apk file back in the rom and sign the zip file with auto-sign (google it)
or create your own flashable zip for this file only

folder is called "anim" in / res
i use winRAR to exchange folder, no need to resign apk...
