    Default More resolution of the screen

    Эмуляция большего разрешения экрана за счет уменьшения значения lcd density:

    1. Способ: добавляем в файл build.prop (в /system) строку ro.sf.lcd_density=160 (по умолчанию - 160) и затем устанавливаем программу LCD Density Changer, которая умеет менять это значение, например на 140, как у меня.
    2. Способ: добавляем в файл build.prop (в /system) строку ro.sf.lcd_density=160 (по умолчанию - 160) и руками меняем это значение на 140.

    Как всегда: будьте осторожны с изменением значений и все это вы делаете на свой страх и риск...
    Думаю, что более или менее безопасные значения для spica: 120,140,160,180,200, но вы всегда можете доказать, что я не прав...

    P.S. Лично для меня самое важное в этой процедуре, что теперь нормально отображаются надписи "выключение телефона" и "отметить как прочитанное" в почтовике

    Change on LauncherPro 5 icons rows in homescreens and LCD Density on build.prop: we add in a file a line: ro.sf.lcd_density=140 (default - 160) and view result:

    How to edit build.prop? It is not allowing to save when I add the line...

    Use root explorer, before editing mount as R/W (Writeable).

    Maybe I've done something wrong but my apps don't fit the emulated resolution...

    Yes.
    Some applications are displayed incorrectly. But it is not enough of them and not so noticeably.

    i was looking for this line in build.prop and couldn't find it. didnt know i could just add it myself. where in build.prop should i add or anywhere in build.prop file will do?

    yes i know, but where in build.prop file? also, once i add the line, can i use this app to adjust it next time LCD Density Changer - Android app on AppBrainthanks zool
