Default Samsung Galaxy S i9000T how to...

Hey folks just upgraded my beloved Spica to SGS i9000T which has 850 band for UMTS. it came with 2.2.1 froyo and im wondering: How to Back up my ROM (don't care about apps) since this rom is customized by my Service provider and will avoid warranty if i change it. So i want to be able to upgrade and if i need to ill downgrade for warranty purposes.

Any help would be apreciated!... TIA

Got the FW from SF thx anywayz, but my current FW it has custom icons made by my provider and theres no source for download that FW in particular so, my only option is to create a back up ROM, I did tried some tools to do the job like Rom Manager, the app runs and reboot my device but theres no .zip file on my SD card and/or Internal Mem.
My device is rooted and SU enabled. Guess ill forget about it and upgrade with that JVO and try to restore my modem using a 850 Mhz modem zip avail everywhere...

    Which me luck guys!...

If your phone is rooted, as you say, then download Root Explorer from Market, navigate to both the /data/app folder and the system/app folder, looking for the icons for your provider apps. Copy the *.apk files to your internal memory, then transfer them to a New folder on your PC's desktop. While you're floating around the phone's internal system files with Root Explorer, copy the entire /efs folder to your internal SD card and transfer it to your PC as a backup. When you have downloaded the zip file for the ROM that you wish to install, put it in the same folder as the *.apk's you grabbed from your phone. Using WinRAR, open (not extract) the ROM zip and - working in the WinRAR browser window - double-click the 'system' folder, then double-click the 'app' folder, then left-click and drag the *.apk files you copied earlier into the 'system/app' section of the ROM zip. Copy the ROM zip to your phone, install as per the ROM developers instructions and you'll find the icons (network provider apps) are in your Apps drawer once your phone restarts post-flash.
