FrozenLake kernel for Froyo (SGM and CM)

What's onboard:
-auto fsck on boot
-tom3q's framebuffer driver v4 (info)
-Antibyte's memory controller tweak (info)
-Xmister's dynamic audio buffer (info, default 8 buffers)
-Xmister's dynamic soundfix (info)
-Acclaim's jpeg and Intercept's g2d kernel modules (compatible with Spica graphic drivers)
-camera and Wifi modules from Lukiqq

v2 changes:
-Increased SD card speed (nebkat)
-jhash3 (mecid)
-there are 2 versions with different touch drivers
*with MT2.4 kernel identifies as FrozenLake v2mt
*with Qbanin's driver kernel identifies as FrozenLake v2q
this change in name is only to avoid confusion, except the driver kernels are identical

v3 changes:
-reverted sd card readahed- possibly caused lags and install problems
-cpu frequencies are aviable now in SpicagenMod Settings
