Get me a team of several people experienced in device drivers development and we would do that for you. Or make the day last 240 instead of 24 hours and I would do that alone.

Without any of these, the only thing I can do is to do everything step by step and hardware accelerated video is near bottom of the list of things to do.

If I could code it, why would I be bumping this thread like a total retard or better a noob?

I was just bumping thread. bumping for funman & vflashbirds. As they partially ported the codex. I though maybe they can do something about it. I didn't wanted mods to look at it say "u ain't gettin' shit". I already know that.
