The most annoying thing in 2.2 is randomly freeze of sms app when i'm writing sms using swype :/ I just had too reboot phone because of that. The whole day GPS doesn't work. Download AGPS data through gps status helped. Unfortunately it didn't worked when was needed :/

Hi,

I'm trying to get apps2ext working on cm6 for spica by criminal...
Moving the apps to ext2 and linking to ext2 etc works well, but when I reboot the phone after doing that, it gets stuck in a bootloop, because the ext2 partition doesn't get mounted on every boot.
To move the apps to ext2 and to link to it, I also always have to mount ext2 manually.

So my question is: Could someone give me a hint on how to run a shell command (mounting ext2) automatically on every boot?

On topic: Froyo is working very well for me, it's fast, gps is working, calling etc, too.
My only problems are what I mentioned above and the issues with Superuser some others mentioned.

I've been using this all day and am very happy with it but I have a problem with the internet on the phone.

I originally put in the APNs for the phone for my provider Bell but after a reboot it seemed that the phone pulled the APNs by itself. Anyway I can not access the internet through the browser or download apps from market. I can see the apps and it brings up the images but nothing else. Even the email syncs my email. When I am on Wifi though everything works. I really don't know what to do. Anyone have any suggestions?

Yes, Froyo Apps2sd uses the normal FAT partition of your SD-card (where everything else stored on your SD-card is) to store your apps and slows down your phone, in addition, when you unmount your SD-card (while plugging it to pc for example) your apps stored on it won't work annymore...
Using apps2ext2, these issues does not exist, the phone is even snappier.

u bricked your spica... ROM was tested by lot of people and no one has any problem with it... maybe u just forgot to wipe data / cache (factory reset)... read instructions before procede.

And noway your phone can be bricked if you followed the instructions currectly.

Audio Downstream on Phone call is not working, it is choppy. Uplink is normal.
