Sorry, it's not cracked app, i paid it and i include it because i use that package. If you don't want to use it, remove it by terminal:
su>remount rw>rm /system/app/RootExplorer.apk

If u use a paid app u should keep it with urself....according to rules of this forum it is not supposed to be in the package

+1 ... but you can also use a free "File Manager" with root-support e.g. ES File Explorer
