Is it appliable through recovery mode? Or I need to compile it? Or I need to paste it via root explorer?

Root Explorer or copy using adb while in recovery mode (make backup).

Do I need replace the libGLESv1_CM file that is there, or just put the file libGLESv1_CM_fimg in system/lib/ ?

Do you think that the problem with no textures and low speed is with badly written shaders and/or code which search and set correct shader from uniformTree??

Replace libGLESv1_CM_fimg.so file in system/lib/egl with this from DE_NISKA.

i just tested it with speedx and raging thunder.

speedx: no textures but fast :P
raging thunder: faster not optimal and with textures and some bugs (gray under the car :S)

Well I've tried to do anything but it seems that my spica doesn't want to be messed in system. Can someone nice make a recovery package for n00b like me? Tried every tool and it doesn't want to copy.

Have you done "remount rw" before copy?
