    Neat.

The kernel includes BOTH recovery and system image? Is it possible to just provide kernel for system and recovery seperately?

Also, would you also include a version with undervolt?

No, spica doesn't have boot recovery partition

No, not boot, I mean the attached kernel image (i.e. LK2.10.beta1_update.zip), does that flash Samdroid.Net Recovery 0.1.3.b3 and that kernel you made at the same time?

I ask because I prefer to use ONLY the kernel you made and not the recovery (for now at least).

Much like what xmister did in the ext conversrion thread (they have seperate recovery image).

In short, kernel only without the new recovery not possible?

Also, I think I was mistaken - I dont have a no-recovery kernel-only image, I think I just got accustomed with FE kernels and assumed that there was one. (since recent FE has that newer recovery with ext support).

Will try it ou now, but do hope you consider undervolted version (unless it's an antibyte exclusive feature )

    Thanks for an ECLAIR release!

Been running this for a few hours now:

    • First boot right after applying in recovery led me to stuck boot logo. checked logcat had a low memory error with cifs module, then boot stalled at init.d 03firstboot with an error (forgot, did not save the complete logcat) . Manually rebooted again via adb, restart was all good now. Whew.
    • That new recovery looks very much better than the former version. Looking forward to it being all functional.
    • Testing longterm for now, I may not miss undervolt with this.

Need to add, I can't feel a difference with the newer vibrator driver from previous one.

    +1

But I really think adding the Antibyte's Undervolt mod would really be nice. Maybe a version with undervolt. Adding it to kitchen would be nice too(new kitchen?)
