Only if you managed to flash the xbin partition, didnt work for me.
Mount itself works, only the remount (rw|ro) script doesnt

i was thinking about disabling some of the tweaks and notice any difference

ext2 mounted as ext4 390, 404 and 410 on the third run
Speed on average usage "feels" the same.

Wait, is this with /system and /data as EXT4 or just /system + /data as rfs?

Done testing:
Mounting ext2 as ext4 = fast ,but ext2 is a lot faster
I suggest no one bother with it

Whilst we all marvel at the improvement in I/O speed that EXT2 gives us, some of us having been having stability issues with it ...

ext2 maybe killed my data partition

This may be the result of having a filesystem with no journalling, which is susceptible to unsolicited reboots and crashes.

Unhelpful at XDA has successfully tested NILFS2 on a Captivate <LINK> and has even provided the static utils required. A comparison with JFS, XFS and EXT4 <LINK> has shown some impressive I/O performance figures in favour of NILFS2. One drawback mentioned is the auto-checkpointing feature, which will quickly use up available freespace if left unmonitored.
