LK2.08 for original firmwares - Root (new Superuser), WiFi tether, bb [12.07.2010]

возможно я не совсем верно понял инструкцию,
сделал очистку всех данных
прошил через один i570EXXJE1, нормально загрузился.
дальше я не совсем понял фразу

2. Прошиваем его с помощью Odin как PDA файл

прошить один этот файл я так понял нельзя, один ругается.
прошил ту де прошивку, но пда файл из неё в одине заменил на i5700_LK2-06_beta4_PDA
телефон перегружается, выскакивает несколько строк про обновление ничего криминального, ошибок о том что прошло что то не так не заметил, снова перегружается, появляется лого самсунг, прогресс бар снизу доходит до конца и всё, дальше тишина.
Подскажите, что я не так сделал?

заработало с i570EXXJE4, так же пробовал i570EXXJE1 и конструктор, оба варианта на отрез отказываются входить в гугл акаунт для синхронизации, не могут соединится, хотя вайфай включен и через веб на ту же почту с телефона я захожу без вопросов, т.е. учётные данные верны. =(


з.ы. чистая i570EXXJE4 синхронизировалась с ходу =( что не так с модами?

I installed LK2.0.6beta4 and repartitioned sdcard into 256MB and the rest as dos using the option in the recovery menu.

My question is if the apps are moved to the sdcard as part of this option in recovery menu OR has to be done manually ?

in LK2.06.beta4 apps move to sd if you create second ext2 partition

You can use LK2.02 or LK2.06.beta4

I have flashed original firmware -> flash LK2.06beta4 as PDA -> cook Samdroid Kitchen full then apply with recovery
everything is ok

Hi there, this is my first post/question. I'm new on Spica modding so be gentle ;-)
=> I succesfully flashed my Spica with i570EXXJD1 (standard samsung firmware)
=> I succesfully installed LK2.06.beta4 (kernel version 2.6.29)
When I access the recovery menu (vol down / call / call-end) I'm in the system recovery menu, then
=> I partition SD card (256mb ext 2)
=> I have no 'mount' option in recovery
=> restarted phone / fine works
=> but NO Apps2sd application to be found . . . . . . (not under applications/settings/ etc etc)
What am I doing wrong / what am I missing ????

As I mentioned, in the recovery menu I have no mount-option cq / App2Sd option .

Please help

Anybody ? I also discoverd my 'format sd-card' is hide out . . . .

First of all, thanks Leshak for all your work on the Spica kernels

And I have a question:

I currently use the SamdroidMod, with optimized DVM, but I am not very happy with the stability (haven't tried JIT, but.. it's unstable even without it) - so I'm planning to try XXJE4 + LK2.06beta4 + Apps2SD (and optionally the optimized DVM).

Can I apply the optimized (ARM11) DVM libraries over this kernel?
