i didnt have random reboots now but if you use FE2 a while withouth editing stuff i get blackscreen and then i have to reflash...

i installed beta 1 on my spica [along with fresh 2.07 lk kernel ]

i am facing a prob- when ever i listen to music using the mixzing app the default music app keeps popping up and playing music , its really quite annoying

also

wanted to ask with the difference with installing on the Frozen eclair and installing the FE + kernel + lib

also , whts the differnce in samsung sources and google sources ????

I think I've figured out what makes Samdroid Turbo make my launchers lag, freeze and crash. The same exact thing happened when I used a Metamorph theme, but after removing my widgets it doesn't happen, so either Beautiful Widgets or the SetCPU widget probably doesn't like modified system files. Does Samdroid Turbo have a modified framework-res.apk or services.jar? If it does, then that's probably the reason. With that knowledge, I might give Samdroid Turbo another shot

Can't say about beautiful widget since i never used them but the setcpu WIDGET I always had issues with even without FE. Turn off the widget just turn on notification should be good.



for metamorph there is a danger if you apply all with FE. Like others experience, under heavy load and low memory situation you might get a reboot, like waht happens in apply all metamorph. Apply portion by portion, and leave the framework last.


Of course you now face the possibility of loops but hey, no pain no gain.

Well, fuck me. I did factory reset, flashed i570EXXJD1 with odin, everything goes fine. Then flashed with LK2.02 as PDA, everything goes fine. Then applied LK2.02 update 1, everything is still fine, but then I apply samdroid and I'm stuck at bootloop. I don't know what to think - I did this many times and this is the first time it went wrong and it's after installing samdroid turbo beta3.
Please, what to do? I'm gonna do the same drill again, but I have little hope.

I've advised before let me do it *again: if you're sure you applied FE right, work thru the black screen until you get a stable boot. Don't reflash at the first boot loop or black screen. Let the system work thru it. Also try the blind swipe thing, or just tap tap the lock swipes. Point is you're trying to give screen input so as to prevent black sceens. Not fullproof but helps most of the time.

i just had a blackscreen after a week or something so i uninstalled FE2 but now i see that the scrolling in launcher pro with same settings and same widget layout the scrolling isnt smooth so FE2 sure works
its more stable then normal JIT but only blackscreen bug sucks...

then i locked phone and then unlocked it
after that the screen was good again!
