Major rewrite.
Fixed the following issues:

• Third finger on screen will cause loss of the first two touches
  
• Overlapping tabs (finger1 contact, finger2 contact, finger1 release) result in a swipe

Added mechanism to detect if the phone is charging. Touchscreen charging fix is now only enabled while charging (because the fix decreases sensitivity). Also improved overall sensitivity. Disabled the "eclair-swipe-bug" workaround because it caused false tabs after pinching.
Fixed the following issues:

• Released second finger only reported after first finger moved
• The eclair swipe bug workaround causes clicking links when pinch zooming in browser
• Touchscreen does not work for 1 or 2 seconds after wake-up with updated driver

This is a non-beta release. Made the setup file readable (instead of write-only) so future samdroid-tools versions can manipulate just about every touchscreen setting.

note:
If you want to uninstall the driver update, you can do so by installing this .zip file. Uninstalling is not necessary for upgrading to a newer version of the MT driver.
