Bug : in default browser if u swipe ur finger it crashes

I've noticed some bugs in new Cyanogen:
1. When Camera settings are choosen (i mean the settings windows), after switching from Camera to Video a white screen appears.
2. Galary lags when browsing 'in preview'.
Non the less thank you for a new firmware!

Found a bug:
When you write something in the search field of the web browser and the market and try to use the direction keys to choose between the predictive choices the phone gives you, the phone crash and reboot. Tried three times, two in the market and one in the web browser. The three ended in crash and reboot.

I need help I was in CM 8.3 without any other tweek or kernel.

I donwladed CM a8.4
1)I put it in my SD card
2)Enter Recovery
3)Backup /efs - Backup 4 odin
4)Apply CM a8.4. Started

then it said
E: Can't symlink /system/bin/cat
E: Failure at line 9:
symlink toolbox SYSTEM:bin/cat
Instalation Aborted.

And then it got back to Recovery, I did fatory reset and then i did Reboot to System And it's been in the Spica logo for 10 minutes. Just charge the bar and stood there.
What do i have to do???

I would install a fresh version with odin ... you have already wipe data / cache, so you can't loose anything

Ok thanks, I pulled the batery Out and I can get in Recovery. SHould I try to re apply CM 8.4?

try it and if it not work -> maybe this How-To can help you to install a fresh version with Odin -> i5700_LK2 08_PDA -> CyanogenMod or SpicagenMod

Thanks mr voku1987, I downloaded again the CM a8.4 from other mirror, depositfiles this time (megaupload was my first choice) and then I applyed it in recovery and it booted to System now.
Safe!

I've just installed Yonip V12 CFS AIO over CM 8.4 with AlltoEXT2

Works perfect!

-Boot in 50 sec
-Google maps works perfect, Multitouch zoom and position
-Youtube HQ
-Wifi
-No problems with keyboard and menus

So far so good. I'll keep testing

You should flash LK2.08 leshak kernel first (on the original 2.1 firmware)... it gonna replace the recovery so that u can apply any rom, like this CM 8.4

Which versions of Google Aps do you use in cm8.4?

I did a restore with samdroid tools and I think it downgrade some of them.. coz I found that there is a newer Maps on market (5.3.0)

If I go to Recovery>Wipe>Data/cache Will I restore CM a8.4 aps? Will it erase Yonip V12 AIO?
