I'm getting terrible battery backup... Phone needs to charge two times a day !

I tried stock RC1 with Voku kernel, then with Frozenlake v3mt, even calibrated the phone as per instructions but still battery backup is too less...

What would be the problem ??

Have you tried a different rom to see if issue happen again? If not then please try...if same problems it may be the battery needs replacing...if no issues then it may solve the problem on returning to tjis rom(did for me once)

uncalibrated battery should last at least a day. either you have some apps running in the background sucking up all the juice or really you just need a new battery. TBH I believe more in the second option.

OK, so, I should probably get the award for tester of the year. I've tested RC1 with virtually every single Kernel and configuration. I flash my phone, test for a day or two, then flash again.

I can tell you now that the BEST working kernel for SGM RC1 is Pixiev9. It's blazing fast, smooth, gameplay is awesome and it's the most stable of them all.

I share this info for those of you who still haven't found the right config for this MOD.

EDIT: I also installed Voku's Spikatweak Lite 1.7.6 via recovery right after I applied the MOD.

Pixie is unstable and has SODs. Gave it up almost one year ago.

Well, it has been stable for me. Plus, Voku himself says that Pixie is one of the stable ones for his MOD right here in this post Mod + X

Well I have whatsapp running in background always but over 2g... One more thing, phone chargers fast too, i.e within one hour indicator reach 100% and stops showing charging symbol...

That's only the zImage file for PixieKernelv9. You have to extract this file and put it in the main ROM's zip file inside the "xbin" folder, replacing the default one. Afterwards, just apply the zip file in recovery and that's it

About the v6 Supercharger, just apply the Super Calculator Minfree Settings plus the Die-Hard Launcher and you're good to go
