There is no way to extend memory accessible for Android. Our 256 MB is shared between Android, GSM modem and hardware buffers, which gives about 160 MB left for Android. (32 MB dedicated to GSM modem, 32 MB shared between CPU and modem, 32 MB for hardware buffers including GPU memory. First two 32 MB blocks are defined by OneDRAM architecture.)
Here we go again with the mysterious bootloader thingy..
This looks promising, and I am very interested in finding out if we could somehow find a way to break free from the memory bottleneck issue..imho, even if we are stuck with 2.2, but have everything tweaked out to the max, we could give the big boys a serious run for their money!

Too bad we couldn't enlarge the ram, but at least good timings to free the bottleneck and cpu and gpu stable overclock and with good drivers should be anyhow amazingly fast, fast as a high end phone hardware should be.
