tom3q, please tell me if I can do anything more for the Wi-Fi issue. Is there any quick way to fix it or should I go back to FroYo until you further investigate the problem? I don't mind at all testing and flashing like crazy . Shall I provide you any more details/logcats/dmesgs from this build or can I restore my backup? Thanks.

P.S.: Also, it seems like I don't have any Wi-Fi MAC address in Settings -> About phone -> Status

Known issue. But except that, does it work correctly for you?

Ive flashed this without any problem, but keep getting freezes and random reboots. Theres nothing specific that im doing when it happens, WiFi on or off USB in... I keep trying to get logs but the device doesnt last long enough and it doesnt even appear in adb in recovery.
By the way i have installed the nexus drivers

EDIT: it seems to have stabilised now after a few reboots

Well, it really beats me why on some phones hangs occur and/or wifi and bt don't work, while on other ones everything is perfectly OK. I'll try to flash my ROM on my second phone to see if it's more problematic than first one. The worst thing is that I won't be able to do anything about it until I reproduce such issues on one of my phones.

for people that use spica only for texting, browsing, and calling, is this rom suitable for every day use? previous rom good enough except battery issue.
